You have to do ultrasound monitoring to see if the follicle in your ovary is going to rupture and ovulation taking place first. It is during this time you need to do sex to increase chances of pregnancy. Your cycles have to be regular as well before you try for pregnancy. Consult your Doctor about this procedure and do accordingly as advised.
