Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Hydrocodone is an opioid drug, Gabapentine is a medicines that improves GABA concentration in brain and Hydroxyzine is an anti histaminic drug. All these drugs are known to cause sedation and and may result in sleepiness. This combination can cause tiredness and fatigue like feelings. You are also taking Duloxetine 60 mg per day and this tablet can also aggravate the symptoms of tiredness and fatiguability. Please visit your psychiatrist for proper evaluation and help if symptoms remain and worsens. These could be due to persistent depressive symptoms.

Thanks, Take care
