I will advice that you talk to the treating physician about your plans of becoming pregnant. Enbrel and prednisolone are not expected to cause any harm during pregnancy and as such it may be safe. However, your doctor would be the best person to make the decision too continue or to stop. It is always a good idea to seek fro preconception care so as to benefit from thorough investigations and folic acid supplements which have been shown to offer benefits preventing neural tube malformations.
