I had the removal of a small polyp on the inside wall of my bladder two weeks ago. The report came back that there were cancer cells in it. The cancer did not spread to the muscle walls, so I consider myself lucky. Tomorrow I will begin the first BCG treatment, followed by six consecutive weeks of treatment. My question is: I ve had interstitial cystitis for over 25 years. Will this treatment have any adverse affects on my bladder? Thank you
