Widow Maker Heart Attack, Atrial Fib. Could Not Do Balloon Test, Place Stents. Test For Confirmation?
My husband passed away a couple of months ago from what I was told was a widow maker heart attack . He survived 1.5 hours after the onset, but they could not get him to come out of atrial fib in order to do the balloon test or to place a stent . My question is, Is there some type of test that can be done to determine if this is a possibilty in someone with NO history of heart disease?

Its unfortunate about your husband. Definitely some tests are there like ECG, Echocardiography, TMT or some time if needed coronary angiogram which can definitely tells about your chances to get heart attack.
