Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there must be some ulcer on the prepuce, urethra ,or any part of the urinary tract.
I advise you to consult a urologist, for diagnosis and treatment. if nothing is found you have to consult a nephrologist for diagnosis of any infection of the kidney.
You may need to have a culture and sensitivity of the urine for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
