Why Will A Person Faint After A Severe Cough?

we were at a dinner party and my husband had dinner and several glass of wine. we were playing a game and he starting coughing and I gave him a sip of water and he just passed out for a few seconds. we hit his back open and his eyes said he was okay. someone check his pause and it was okay. no other signs and he seems to be okay.

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM, you mentioned that your husband have wine with dinner it can be due to that also, and you did not mentioned did it happend before also or not or your husband has any respiratory disorder if any breathing problem is there then you should consult physician for that.
