Why Was My Head Spinning So Fast That It Made Me Vomit?

I had an awful experience of my head spinning so fast that the room was a blurr, and I was nauseated from the fast spinning of the room, I had no balance, so I held on to the wall, and waited for it to pass. But, it kept getting worse, spinning faster and faster, until I thought I would vomit. This lasted for about 10 minutes, and even after the "spinning" eventually got better, I still feel nauseated and weak from it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It called the vertigo, the reason may be the infection of the internal ear, hypertension, diabetis, gastric irritation, postural hypotension, or cerebral ischemia.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnsis and treatment .
You may need to have M.R.I,and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, cinnerzine, and cifixime till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
