The infections have to be managed in the similar manner as you are doing.
Antibiotics have to be given for each episode.
Infection should be avoided by taking hygienic food and clean drinking water.
However, the cause for the repeated episodes of infection has to be found out.
Repeated infections suggest that the protective mechanism against infection has weaned away.
You need to get Ig A levels done,
Ig A is one of the five
immunoglobulins.
It protects the surface of the organs like
respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract,
urinary bladder mucosa against infections.
Deficiency of Ig G can lead to repeated infections of these tract(s) mucosa.
Consult your
pediatrician for relevant investigations.
