Urologist 's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic,

you need to let me know what did the urine r/m report showed. From the faceof it with a normal ct scan it appears he does not have urology problem and needs to be investigated for a bowel problem or orthopaedic problem depending on the symptoms

Hi Palsingha,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum
Please consult you urologist to look for any prostate related problems. They can be cause of RBCs in the urine, also if there is any stricture because of previous therapy there can be abdominal pain. And, RBCs can be seen in the urine during that condition also. Encourage him to drink plenty of water.
Take care

Regards
Dr. Naveen Kumar
