Why There Is A Smell Of Sperm In Urine?

there is a smell of sperms coming from my urine. my time of ejaculation is a few seconds. During urine test numerous dead sperm were seen. what should i do to increase my timing? and what dead sperm found in urine test indicate if it has anything to do with fertility?

I went through your details. This is quite normal and is a natural procedure. Body produces sperm cells whenever it is sexually aroused. Once produced, those sperm cells are waste products for body. Body removes it through the urine. Therefore sperm cells found in the urine and sperm smell in the urine are pretty normal. Nothing to worry about it.

This has nothing to do with the fertility of your sperm. Your anxiety and lack of knowledge about these sexual facts, must be triggering your problem with premature ejaculation. I suggest you to consult a psychologist for counseling.
