Why there is a pain in my throat while swallowing ?

Hello, For almost a week now I have had painful swallowing in my throat . Anytime I eat, drink or even swallow saliva it is very painful. Do you have any ideas of what it can be?

It seems you might have acute follicular tonsillitis or peri tonsillar abscess.
Consult your doctor and go for specific anti biotic and anti inflammatory course.
Do hot water gargles.
Avoid fried and junk food.
