Why There Are Swollen Lymph Nodes On My Neck?

Hi im a 30 year old female and i have had a swollen lymph node in the right side of my neck for months and a couple days ago more popped up in the front of my neck and its very painful... i looked online and it said its common with AIDS... So is that true, or do you know what it could be?

The enlarged lymphnode can be because of any infection in the head and neck or from teeth. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. The enlargement of lymphnode can be seen in case of AIDS and tuberculosis but in these conditions there will be multiple lymphnodes are involved.
