Why The Penis Is Paining?
Hello. Many months ago i had a wet dream while sleeping on my stomach and woke up with extreme pain at the tipof my penis. I then urinated and it hurt during urination. I then fell back to sleep and when i awoke the pain was mostly gone. There wasonly a little amount of pain when i touched a certain part of the tip of my penis. It is now many months later and whenever i touch the same spot at the tip of my penis it still hurts a tiny bit. What should i do? Do i have a disease? Do i have an infection? I have never had sexual intercourse.

whether you had night fall or not?
sometimes due to excitement in sleep penis become hard and then ejaculate but not properly and so accumulate and then released slowly so sometimes leads to pain in morning during urination. as you are not having sexual intercourse there are no chances of any STD infection. and you have burning pain in urination since when?
not to worry much if problem is for only one day..
even if sometimes if you have renal stone it also lead to pain in urination.
so go for USG abdomen and pelvis and consult urologist or surgeon if problem persist and abnormal USG .
