Hello,
It is a normal course of events in a life of a diabetic suffering from type 2 diabetes.
It occurs because of gradual destruction of beta cells of your pancreas as your age advances which results in progressive rise in your blood sugar levels.
These beta cells are responsible for production of endogenous insulin which controls your sugar levels and gradually a stage is reached where oral antidiabetics are no more effective and ypu need to take injectable insulin.
You must make all efforts to control your diabetes so as to avoid future micro as well as macro vascular complications.
Consult a doctor and take proper anti diabetic medicines.
HIgh ALT levels are due to high blood sugar levels.
Do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Shed your weight and be in your normal range of BMI.
Observe dietary controls as advised.
Thanks
