General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
TMT test positive suggests provocable ischemia suggests possibility of cardiovascular disease.
It suggests inadequate blood supply to the heart during exertion.
I would suggest to undergo TMT with thallium isotope o CT angiography to investigate the cardiovascular disease by consulting the cardiologist.
It will identifies the exact problem/ coronary artery disease as angiography is gold standard test.
If above tests will come normal then you should not concern about the problem.
In case of positive result coronary angioplasty will require.

Do not avoid the test first you can go for CT angiography as it is non invasive test.
Hope this may help you
