Why Period Went Away And Again Started Bleeding After Taking Next Choice?
I took Next Choice last Saturday while on my period that started last Friday. My period went away for a few days (mon, tues) then came back and I am bleeding again (it's now friday, a week later) Why is this? Is it from the pill? It's not pregnancy right? Thanks

Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Intercourse during menustral flow doesn't result in pregnancy, as its safer period.
Irregular bleeding after taking pill could be due to hormonal variation. Need not worry for this. Usually bleeding will stop in a week. Wait for few more days, if bleeding doesn't stop consult doctor for examination.
Repeated use of emergency pill is not advised.
