Why Painkillers After Wisdom Tooth Surgery Are Not Reducing The Pain ?

Hi, I just had a wisdom tooth surgery yesterday. I was given some antibiotics and painkillers (Voren 50g). I've taken the medications as told but the wound hurts so bad till I couldn't sleep! The painkillers seemed to be not working, should I ask for a different type of painkillers? And what should it be?

you should gargle with warm water and salt, that help to clean your wound that relief your pain also.
If you taking painkiller two time a day,you can take three time a day that also help relief your pain.
Thanks,
Take care.
