Why Oily Food Causes Vomiting?

hi..my name is puja.i dont have any problem.but in my college,i have a friend who cant eat any oily meal.if she eat,starts vomating..everytime blood comes out from mouth..then she wets her head with water.whenever blood vomating starts she takes zenflox oz..i think her height is 5.3 ft and weight 40kg..i m scared because her disease.she dnt tell us..but i want to know..plz help
