Why No Sperm Is Found In Semen Analysis Report?
sir i take a semen test but i saw my report no sperm found only pus. i make weakly 3 to 5 times hand shaking till now otherwise i dont have any sex with any girl. am a 34 years old. am not married now. pls give me a sujection. what is the reason this kind of report i saw

Presence of pus in semen suggests infection.
The infection can be any level starting from tests to the urethra.
The semen test is reported only after treatment of infection with appropriate antibiotics.
Thus, consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotics for clearance of infection.
semen test should be repeated after clearance of infection.
