Why My Upper Molar Is Turning Black?

I just noticed today that one of my upper molars is turning black. I have a little discomfort but nothing major, which is why I even looked at the tooth to begin with. This has to be recent because I brush and floss religiously and check my teeth. What to do? Could it be a bacteria or is it cavity?
