Why My Stomach Get Tighten And Bleeding One Or Two Days Before The Periods Start?
i want to conceive a baby .from the last 3 months i am trying .At the end of every month i felt my stomach get tighten or swoolen and i am not even able to do work and walk properly but even then i got bleeding one or two days before my cycle begins

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.Its normal symptoms,these are called premenstrual symptoms.Because of gastritis just before period fullness of stomach you are feeling and tightness also.no need to worry mush your cycle is of 28 days now,but this is also normal.From next period you notice the duration of your period whether it is regular of 28 days or irregular.In case the problem hurts you more then you consult a gynecologist for diagnosis & treatment.take care.
