Why My Son S Left Rib Sticks Out?
my 2 year old son s left rib sticks out so much I can feel it even when he has a jumper on his right side sticks out to but not so much do you think I should get a second opinion as I have been to my doctor and he said it s normal but over the past two weeks it seems to have got bigger

Hi....by what you quote I feel that it could be an exostosis or over growth of the rib. Usually it is benign. But an important history you are giving is that, There is sudden increase in size of the over growth. This requires evaluation. I suggest you take an X-ray chest AP and Lateral views and review with your pediatrician.
