Why My Son Is Feeling Tightness In Chest?

My 19 year old son is having tightness in chest, he's scared, a sophmore at Texas A & M, having girlfriend issues. He went to doctor last week with an URI, given a steroid shot for allergies and a Z pac. Got better then fell down stairs while moving and reinjured his knee two days ago. Started feeling bad, nausea, vomiting, tightness in chest and went to ER clinic on campus. Given 2 IVs for dehydration amd told his heart was in very good health but was too small for his body size. He is 6'2, weighs 245. Gave him several capsules to calm him down when he feels like this again. I don't understand at all what they told him and I'm not sure what to do now, being the weekend. ???

I think you should get done his Chest x ray and ask doctor to see for any rib fracture as he is having recent fall. If x ray is normal than no need to worry. Just keep him calm.
