Why My Retina Is Becoming Red And Not Able To See In Sunlight?

hello i have got problem in my eyes redness in retina and not able to see in sunlight or any bright light.tearing and headache and got pain in eyes..sometimes got swelling.i am using contect lenss from last 12 years but this problem is from last 2 years

It seems from the history that you are having redness of eyes and you are not able to see in bright light. I think it is redness of the eyes and not redness of retina as you have told as retina is inner layer of the eye and it is not seen with naked eye.
Since you are using contact lenses, contact lens related complications allergic conditions affecting the cornea needs to be ruled out.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
