Hi Doctor , I am 33 yrs old, married without kids due to personal reason. My periods generally comes anytime between 28 - 32days normally without any major discomfort. Last month i was expecting my periods on 27th Oct, but got it early on 19th Oct. It was a normal period with flow for about 4 days. Later i started spotting on 8th October with small mustard size brown clot. This spotting is like a thin blood , pure red with small brown clots. It has been going on for the last 1 week. There is no stomach cramps. But have a slight back ache expecially on the right side. Is this something i need to worry?. Just for information, I was suffering from dry cough for a month with no cure after allopathy treatment, and have been taking homeopathy medicines for the last 2 weeks. Thanks
