hi my friends been in bed all day her ribs are hurting and her lower back shes in agony and is painfull to the touch she also says she just urinated pink and bloody ? her chest has been bad for a while with caughing and wheezing any idea what this could be?

It sounds to be kidney stones which may be complicated with infection so he should do urine analysis and kidney ultrasound to rule this out. then it can be treated with antibiotics.
