Why My Baby Is Not Responding To Any Sound?

hi my name is john from Taiwan i have a son in phils but the problem is his age of 2yrs and 3months and 10days he did not responds when in terms of calling his name and also he always play like he was alone... could it be called as othistic child? it seems that his hearing was good but i don't think that he has a problem with his hearing coz every time i played my music on phone he always recognized it.. could you know it if this age is still normal because one of his cousin has the same has a good in terms of answering and i mean he does talk about it like what a child do.. so right now i'm still confusing that is this normal with now a days with a new generation child??

Even slightest doubt in case of pediatric age group regarding hearing, vision, this need to be immediately brought to investigation and for that you need to see the pediatrician first, do not take this as granted, hope this helps.
