i felt a sharp pain run through my left arm and across my chest , right after i ejaculated. what is that?

Dear thanks for the query.There is a chance that during the act you might have applied too much pressure on your lt.arm which can lead to this kind of pain and after ejaculations might be a co incidence.If you are on any drugs like blood pressure,diabetes etc.then you need to take care,as sometimes heart problems can present like this.So visit your doctor and get your blood pressure and other check ups done.
