Hi,thanks for query.Abdominal pain is a tricky issue to diagnose. He is in pain so at times in children they can not pin point the pain area.It could be appendicitis or simple intestinal colic or some other infection. Please give liquids only, give him anti spasmodic medication and take him to doctor.bye.
