Why is there pain in my right testicles when I touch ?

hi my age is 25 i got pain in my right testicles from 2 days and my right testicles slightly smaller then lift i have never got this pain before when i walk noproblem when i touch starts pain so please help me

If the right testis is painful and slightly lifted up it could be testicular torsion and is a surgical emergency. If not very painful it could be torsion of other related structures or possible infection like epididymitis. You need to consult your Doctor, get examined and get antibiotics. Do a urine test as well and test for STDs if you are sexually active, Drink plenty of water. Use condom to prevent from STDs.
