Why Is There Pain In Lower Abdomen After Periods?
hi doctor sanyia here.im 31 year old. my periods cycle is 28 days and every month i got 3 days periods.and every month i got regular periods.but last month i did lot of excises ,my diet was not good.i was in stress.my last periods date was 3rd jan. then i got periods on 1 feb. but my periods was very light and pain ful.i got 2 days.after the periods im having pain under my belly

As you were under stress it could have led to hormonal imbalances leading to irregular periods. I advice you to take antispasmodic for pain relief. In next few cycles your periods may become regular. No need to worry about it.
