You need to get examined to rule out vaginal or pelvic inflammatory disease first. If it's bacterial, fungal, the correct organism causing the disease must be known by taking a smear as well. some investigations like routine blood test and smear of the discharge needed
local clinical examination is needed
dont take any medications without prescription of doctor

Though getting examined to rule out different possibilities is better but in majority of cases as per your explanation i believe it is nothing more than leucorrhoea. Amongst herbal medicines you can safely use Tab. Lumital
