Why is there feeling of nausea even after my periods ?

ive missed my period for the whole month of may SO, me and my boyfriend thought i was pregnant and decided to take a PT which came out negative i was having lower backaches,headaches,feeling nauseous,and abdominal pains on the left side...and now i had gotten my period at the end of june like around the 20th but my period wasnt normal it was lighter then i thought i started spotting brown for 2 days then the next 3 days it came out to a pinkish brown (idk how to describe the color but it look like a pinkish brown) and then the normal color of my period came but ive never missed a period or spotted for more then 3-4 days and now ive gotten my period again (july6 to be exact)and im thinking to myself my period again?what can this be ?im kinda freaking out because im feeling nauseous and sick! i need help? :\

Dear Anonymous,
You are just having some dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Probably, missing your period last month along with mental stress and anxiety would seem the most likely causes. Let the period get over. Check your urine for any infection and look out for fever both of which may suggest infection. If everything is ok you should again get normal periods though the date may change to approximately early August.
