Why Is The Scrotum Very Tight Around The Testis And Does Not Hang In A Four Year Old?
My son is 4 years old and has testes that have been descended since birth. Lately I have been noticing that the testes are still both descended but that his scrotum is very tight around the testes and does not hang or have loose skin as do most other boys his age. Is this a variation of normal or should I be concerned?

This is normal and as long as he is having normal sized penis for age and descended testis, I wouldnot worry about the skin being tight around the testis. You would expect this to happen in his early teens by about 10-11 years.
