Why Is The Right Side Of My Face Sensitive To Cold?

Every single time I get a cold or flu I always have a very runny nose and watery eyes on the right side of my face. The left side runs very little in comparison and clears up within a few hours. The right side however drags on for days at a time and this happens every single time without fail. The last few colds I've had always seem to end up with a sinus infection on the right side that can lasts a few weeks depending on whether or not I take antibiotics. I assume this is a result of having so much activity on the right side and a higher chance of blockage.

Is there a particular reason why the right side of my face is overly sensitive to a cold?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Yes, there is always a reason if one side of the face is more sensitive to cold than the left.
And in your case you are more sensitive to cold and the runny-ness and the blockage and the other symptoms that last longer on the right side than the left one including watering of eyes and so on.
The most probable causes are:
Right sided sinusitis which gets reactivated and being only on one side the symptoms will linger for a longer time.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination, endoscopy of the nose by an ENT Surgeon to get a clinical diagnosis.
This to be confirmed by CT scan of the sinuses.
Further treatment may be needed as a surgery to clear the right nostril, septum and sinuses if required.
