Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM I would keep a possibility of a Corn. A corn is localised hyperkeratotic skin which presses on to underlying nerves when pressure is applied over the surface of corn e.g during walking, thus causing pain. I would advice that you see a dermatologist who would prescribe you a Keratolytic paint which you need to apply every night with an applicator. Before applying the keratolytic paint, it is important to soak the area in lukewarm water so that the skin becomes soft. You can take an OTC pain killer like ibuprofen once OR twice daily depending on the requirement. take care regards
