welcome to Health care magic.
1.The possible cause is missed abortion.
2.If its 14 weeks - placenta should be seen clearly, and heart beat is seen from 5-6 weeks of gestation.
3.Wait for your report from a radiologist - probably its abortion ( absence of placenta, cardiac activity at 14 weeks)
4.There are fertilisation centres where there different modes of implantation (IVF), Gamete transfer - in which most of the cases twins are seen.
5.But one will approach in case of infertility not for the twins.
6.I guess you should accept the natural deeds. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
