Welcome to HCM.
Swollen groin lymph node is usually due to infective drainage from the surrounding area.
It may swell from an injury or infection in the foot, leg, groin, or genitals.
You have to start proper antibiotic like moxifloxacin and nsaid to subside upper leg pain and inflammation.
It will subside within 5 to 7 days otherwise consult your family physician for further guidance.
