Hi
Thanks for your query
The green colour is because of infection by pseudomonas. What type of surgery done? I need to see your x ray to say anything regarding further line of treatment. Have faith in your doctor.
Meanwhile start taking antibiotic like linezolid or antibiotic based on pus culture and sensitivity report, after having a word with your doctor.
You may post your x ray picture with detail description at http://bit.ly/drmchugh
Take care and wish you early recovery
