Hi
Welcome to HCM

Apparently there is an abscess at the site of injection which could not resolved after a course of antibiotic.
Now it has to be drained surgically under local anesthesia, the pus to be taken for bacterial cultural and sensitivity to select an appropriate antibiotic that may be required after the drainage to prevent the recurrence.
A fasting blood glucose is also advised for you.
Hope you have recovered completely from the jaundice.

Best regards.
