Why Is 'spemin' And 'i-tears' Prescribed For Retinitis Pigmentosa?

i have a eye problem called retinitis pigmentosa.

Dr. suggested me to take following medinines

1. spemin

2. cyclandelate

3. zidcaps

4. i-tears ( eye drop)

4. placentrex (injection)

Please tell me for why those medicines & injection & there are any side effect or not.

no known treatment for retinitis pigmantosa. it is a heriditarydisorderwith gradual diminution of vision. counseling should be done With experience adocter can try a symptomatic treatment.
