Low lying placentas, a mild for of placenta previa may bleed if there is heavy weight lifting, strenous exercise, coitus... rest (not to the point of bed rest) ensures that the risk of bleeding is very low. As weeks go by your placenta will be pulled upward a few centimeters eliminating the diagnosis of P Previa. So, take it easy for 2-4 weeks while the condition resolves itself. Your current placental condition will disappear and younwill enjoy a normal pregnancy afterwards.
