Why Is Pregnancy Test Negative With Three Months Delayed Period?

Hi, I m a wife. 27 years old. Just married last January 2014. My last period is May 4, 2014. We re not using any contraceptive device . We re planning to have a baby.. And I m 3months delayed. I had a Pregnancy test but it s still negative.. No signs of nausea.. But recently I have a watery discharge..My underwear got wet..the smell is not bad. What are the possible reason why it s still negative and my period is delayed. Thank you.

Thank you for query.There are many causes for missed periods like uterine or ovarian or hormonal causes etc.as the pregnancy tests are negative the other causes if any have to be investigated .So please consult doctor for investigation and diagnosis.
