Hi,
In hemorrhoids, there will be ulcer and stricture of the anal sphincter. During passage of stools, as the anal sphincter gets dilated, it leads to severe pain. The harder the stools, the more pain it will be there.
Due to dilatation and presence of ulcer, bleeding and blood in stools can also be seen. It could be very painful after passage of stools and more in the nights.
Try to take a liquid diet and meet a surgeon to get evaluated.
Testing can decide whether surgery is necessary or medicines can be prescribed .
Any further queries, happy to help again.
