But now In every morning upto 12:30pm and from 4:00pm to 9:00pm i have the same problem. I have a feeling of suicide , i m depressed. Please tell me what to do. In last few months(3) i was taking LONAZAP 0.25 when i have a pain in my neck or hand due to spondylitis. But after taking MEGANEURON i fully stop this medicine. Please help me and suggest me some good treatement. Otherwise i m going to die. Should i continue ALZOLAM and LONAZAP?

Hello thanks for asking

You have Spondylitis and are on treatment for that. You were advised to take Meganeuron injection which consists of methylcobalamin as main constituent. Your doctor advised skin testing before injection and it was ok. The drug is not known to aggravate depression. Though high doses may cause short lived anxiety but severe persistent anxiety is not common. You have persistent anxiety, depressive symptoms and thoughts of killing yourself. As per my opinion you should consider consulting a psychiatrist for evaluation. Such symptoms can be occurring due to severe depression. Lonazap or clonazepam can help to reduce anxiety but this will not cause much benefit in depression. Medicines like Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc can be used in depressive disorder. These drugs also help reducing anxiety. Visit a psychiatrist ASAP for prescription of these drugs and for proper management.

Thanks, hope this helps you.
