Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Your husband semen analysis shows normal sperm count, motility and morphology, however pus cells are present which indicate infection or contamination.
I would suggest him to get his semen culture and sensitivity examination to detect any infection, if present and get treated accordingly.
You should also get your investigations for infertilty done like:
1. Thyroid hormone profile
2. Serum prolactin
3. FSH, LH, AMH hormones
4. Endometrial biopsy for histopathology and to rule out tuberculosis
5. HSG to confirm the tubal patency.
You should take further treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
