Why Is My Wife Getting Stomach Aches After Taking Cytolog Vaginally For Abortion?

hi doctor
my wife is pregant for 2 month ,2 day back doctor told me baby is not growing so i have to do abortion,
they given tablet cytolog 200mg, and my wife taken pill in her vagina in night , till no she didnt bleed, but she is gating stomach pain ,
please help me

Hello dear
Understand your concern
You have to take proper dose of misoprotol under observation of gynecologist for termination of 2 month pregnancy.
Only 200 ug of cytolog sometime not induce abortion. Cram occur due to uterine contraction.
Ideally 800 ug vaginally/orally should used for abortion. If no bleeding extra two dose of 800 ug can be used at interval of 6 hours.
So consult the gynecologist and take additional dose of misoprostol if no there is no bleeding.
