Why Is My Stools Becoming Harder And Harder?

I have been constipated for years now. I took dulcolax for many years once a week. it usually worked the next day. I quit taking it about 3 weeks ago be becaus it was making me throw up. I started using enemas. I had 3 blood clots about a week ago. it is getting harder and harder to go. please help!

Stool is harder in consistency that indicate constipation problem.

Inactive lifestyle that cause constipation.
Lack of drinking water cause this problem.
Lack fiber diet and junk foods may cause constipation.

Blood in stool that indicate any infection in digestive system.
Do stool examination test for diagnosis.

Gastritis or intestinal infection may cause blood in stool.
Omeprazol can use in gastritis condition.

Drink more water.
Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Avoid junk foods.
Eat high fiber foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking.
