Why Is My Stool Soft And Orange In Colour?

My stool is soft, not diarrhea, but orange in color, with blood mixed through it. I do not strain to go. When I wipe with TP, there seems to be the orangish-red mucus on the TP. I have been on a number of anti-seizure drugs for seizure drugs for over 20 years. Could this finally be affecting me?
